What’s your return or refund policy?
Change of mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for an exchange. Pieces must be unworn and unwashed with all tags attached. Refunds are offered for faulty items and we'll cover the return postage. See our Shipping + Returns page for full details.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
Email us at hello@sharivariaphrodite.com as soon as you can and we'll see what we can do. Once your order has shipped you can return it under our returns policy.

Free standard shipping in Australia and to New Zealand, the US, the UK, Canada and the EU. Any import duties are paid on delivery.

What sizes are available?
Our robes and kimonos come in S, M and L. See our Size Guide for detailed measurements.
How should I choose the right size?
Our pieces are designed to drape with room for movement and layering. If you're between sizes size up. For the kimonos size up if you have a larger bust.
Pre-Orders & New Collections
Do you offer pre-order options?
Yes. Our first collection is available on pre-sale. Payment is taken when you place your order.
When will pre-order items ship?
Pre-sale pieces are expected to ship late December. We'll email you as soon as your order ships and let you know straight away if the date changes.
Care & Maintenance
How do I care for my robe or garment?
Cool hand wash separately using a gentle, environmentally friendly detergent. Dry in shade. Do not bleach, soak or tumble dry. Cool iron. Each piece is also dry cleanable.
Can I iron or steam my garments?
Yes. Use a cool iron or steam gently.
